Coconut Mousse

coconutmilkmousseThis is chocolatey, coconutey and delicious.  It’s easy to make and even easier to eat!


1 can regular coconut milk, chilled

4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp stevia or 2 tbsp sugar

Fresh fruit (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a blender until fluffy, about 3 minutes.  Chill for 2 hours before serving.  Serve with fresh fruit.
